About

About Inland Logic.

We’re a tech company based in the Inland Empire, helping small businesses, nonprofits and larger companies, in the surrounding areas and well beyond. Across the street or across the country, we can be the tech neighbor you call.

What we believe

Our mission is simple. We give small businesses and nonprofits the careful, dependable technology a large company gets, from a neighbor you can actually call.

Small businesses and nonprofits deserve the same quality of tech as the big players. They shouldn’t need an IT department to get it.

Larger companies work with us too. We help established businesses run more efficiently: streamlining how work gets done, getting more out of the technology they already pay for, and adding an experienced hand for big projects.

If it plugs in, we can help: networks, devices, software, websites, apps and AI, for one desk or a whole company. Process improvement is where we shine. We look at how the work really gets done, fix the slow parts and automate the rest.

How we work

  • We listen first, then we explain things simply.
  • Plain English, always. If we use a technical word, we explain it.
  • Clear quotes. You know the price before we start, so there are no surprises.
  • Everything is documented, and you own your accounts and your data.
  • Have IT staff? We work right alongside them.

Meet the founder

Austin Hulen founded Inland Logic. He has a computer and electrical engineering degree and more than 10 years in IT, from the help desk to school districts, higher-ed and enterprise. Along the way, he taught high-school computer science.

He does it all

Networks, servers, point-of-sale systems, phones, cameras, the cloud, custom apps and AI. Austin has set up, fixed or built nearly every kind of technology a business runs on.

Big jobs or small

He has led IT for large organizations and set up one-desk offices. Both get the same planning and the same care.

He can explain it to anyone

Clients often say he’s “not a typical IT person.” He listens, takes his time and explains things clearly, whether he’s helping someone who finds technology frustrating or working through the details with a seasoned IT pro.

Where he has deep experience

  • Networks and Wi-Fi, including UniFi
  • Cybersecurity, firewalls and backups
  • Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune, plus Google Workspace
  • Point-of-sale systems, phones, printers and security cameras
  • New office setups and data migrations
  • Process improvement and automation
  • Web and mobile app planning and development
  • Practical AI

And if it plugs in, he has probably worked on it.

Austin was born and raised in Riverside, and he still lives here with his family. He has always been the one friends and family call when the Wi-Fi breaks. Inland Logic lets him be that call for everyone else.
