The situation
A family-run cabinet shop with no IT staff. Their work runs on a Windows server, office computers, printers and CNC machines, and some of that equipment kept giving them trouble. They were constantly working against their technology instead of with it.
What we did
We became their IT department. We look after their Windows server and computers, keep the CNC machines on the shop floor running, fix printer problems and run full backups. We installed a new network firewall and switches, and we buy and set up new equipment when they need it. When they have a question, big or small, they call us.
The result
Everything just works better now. There are far fewer outages, the newer equipment keeps the shop running smoothly, and their technology finally helps them instead of slowing them down. The feedback has been great.
