Indie music duo: Websites

The situation

A Riverside music duo wanted to sell their music and merchandise online. Two artists were turning their collaboration into a business, and they needed help getting it set up, not just a website.

What we did

We helped them start the business: pricing their products, setting up their email and storing their files and data safely. Then we designed and built a custom website from the ground up, with a store for their music and merchandise. Visitors can preview songs before they buy. We set up their Stripe account, connected it to their bank and to the website, so sales go straight to them. We also automated the ordering process: every order emails them the details and the items to ship.

The result

They went from two artists to a working small business, selling their music and merch directly from their own site. The automated order emails save them a lot of time, because they no longer have to work out by hand what needs to ship and when.
