K-12 school moves to Google Workspace
K-12 school, 1,200 students
The situation
A K-12 school with 1,200 students wanted to move from Microsoft to Google Workspace, so teachers and students could use Google Classroom and get the most out of their Chromebooks.
What we did
We planned and carried out the whole migration. We moved 100 staff accounts, with all their email, files and calendars, from Microsoft to Google Workspace, and trained the staff on the new tools along the way.
The result
Not a single file was lost, and staff felt trained and supported through the whole move. Teachers and students now work in the tools built for schools.
- 100 accounts moved: email, files and calendars
- Zero files lost
